The Process

From signup to signed NDA — a fully managed process

DealFlow Pro is not a database you search. It is a managed sourcing engine that delivers qualified, matched opportunities directly to your pipeline — with our team handling every step of the seller relationship.

Step 01

Create Your Account & Select a Plan

Sign up, complete your buyer profile, and select the plan that fits your deployment cadence — Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual. After payment, you execute a mutual NDA that governs all deal introductions. Full platform access activates immediately.

DetailsTakes less than 10 minutes. No calls required to get started.
Step 02

Configure Your Buy Box

Define your exact acquisition criteria: revenue range, EBITDA floor, target industries, geography, deal structure preference (control vs. minority), and any hard exclusions. The more precise your buy box, the higher the signal-to-noise ratio in your pipeline. You can update your buy box at any time — every change triggers a full re-matching run.

DetailsCriteria fields: revenue range · EBITDA range · industries · geography · deal structure · hard exclusions.
Step 03

The Matching Engine Scores Every Deal

Our AI matching engine scores every deal in the pipeline against your buy box across six dimensions: revenue fit, EBITDA fit, sector alignment, geographic match, deal structure preference, and intent signal strength. Deals are classified into three tiers: Tier 1 (>90% match), Tier 2 (70–90%), and Tier 3 (<70%). Tier 1 deals surface in your pipeline first — every time.

DetailsScoring dimensions: revenue · EBITDA · sector · geography · deal structure · intent signals (timeline urgency, owner dependency, revenue growth).
Step 04

Prioritized Notifications with First Right of Refusal

When a Tier 1 match enters your pipeline, you receive an immediate email notification. Tier 2 matches follow within 24 hours. Tier 3 within 48 hours. Deals are presented to you before any other buyer in the network — you have first right of refusal on every match. If you pass, the deal routes to the next qualified buyer. If you accept, it is removed from the available pool.

DetailsNotification cadence: T1 = immediate · T2 = 24h · T3 = 48h. First right of refusal on all matched deals.
Step 05

Review the Deal Brief & Advance or Pass

Every deal in your pipeline includes a structured brief: business overview, owner motivation, annual revenue, EBITDA, deal structure preference, sale timeline, revenue growth trajectory, and owner dependency score. You have two options: Accept Introduction — we facilitate a direct, NDA-gated introduction to the seller. Pass — the deal is removed from your pipeline and routed to the next buyer. No pressure. No follow-up calls. Your decision is final.

DetailsBrief fields: deal summary · owner motivation · revenue · EBITDA · deal structure · timeline · revenue growth · owner dependency · website.
Step 06

White-Glove Support at Every Stage

From the moment you sign up to the day you close, our team is actively involved. We run all seller outreach and qualification. We manage the introduction logistics. We are available for buy box refinement calls, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions. You are not navigating a SaaS tool alone — you have a dedicated sourcing team operating on your behalf. Quarterly and Annual subscribers receive a named deal sourcing manager and scheduled strategy sessions.

DetailsSupport includes: onboarding call · buy box refinement · pipeline reviews · introduction facilitation · deal strategy sessions (Quarterly/Annual).

This is not a self-serve tool.

Every DealFlow Pro subscriber has a dedicated team running seller outreach, qualification, and introduction logistics on their behalf. You review deals. We do the sourcing. Quarterly and Annual subscribers receive a named deal sourcing manager, scheduled pipeline reviews, and direct access to our senior advisory team.

Why DealFlow Pro

The alternative is more expensive than you think

Broker-led auctions, internal sourcing teams, and database subscriptions all carry hidden costs — in time, capital, and opportunity. DealFlow Pro charges a flat subscription plus a flat 1.5% success fee on all closed deals — no retainer escalation, no variable per-introduction fees. Here is how that compares across the dimensions that actually matter.

DimensionDealFlow ProBroker / Auction / Database
Deal Exclusivity
First right of refusal — deal removed from pool on acceptance
Same deal circulated to 10–50+ buyers simultaneously
Time to First Introduction
2–3 weeks from signup to first qualified intro
3–6 months from mandate to first credible conversation
Seller Qualification
Pre-qualified: motivation confirmed, buy box verified, deal brief prepared
Unqualified: name and number, no context, no motivation confirmation
Cost Structure
Flat subscription + 1.5% success fee on closed deals only
2–5% success fee on deal value + retainer in many cases
Buyer Network Competition
Tiered routing — Tier 1 buyers see deals before Tier 2 and Tier 3
All buyers in the market see the same deal at the same time
NDA Protection
Mutual NDA executed before any introduction — seller identity protected
NDA negotiated deal-by-deal, often after initial disclosure
Pipeline Predictability
Continuous, weekly delivery — defined output SLA
Lumpy, event-driven — dependent on broker relationships and timing
Senior Time Required
Review deal briefs and make accept/pass decisions — 30 min/week
Cold outreach, screening calls, and qualification — 10–20 hrs/week

Every row in this table represents a decision that compounds over time. The buyers who close the most deals are the ones who control their pipeline — not the ones who wait for brokers to call.

Platform Capabilities

Built for operators who move fast

AI-Powered Deal Matching

Your buy box — revenue range, EBITDA floor, sector, geography, deal structure — is translated into a scoring model. Every deal in our pipeline is scored against your criteria and routed to the appropriate tier before you ever see it.

Tiered Deal Pipeline

Deals are classified into Tier 1 (>90% match), Tier 2 (70–90%), and Tier 3 (<70%). Tier 1 deals surface first. You see match score, sector, revenue, EBITDA, and intent signals — enough to make a fast go/no-go without a two-hour discovery call.

Structured Deal Briefs

Every deal includes a structured brief: business overview, owner motivation, financial summary, deal structure preference, sale timeline, revenue growth trajectory, and owner dependency score. No raw leads. No unqualified introductions.

Weekly Deal Delivery

New matched deals are delivered on a weekly cadence. You receive email notifications when Tier 1 matches enter your pipeline. No manual checking required — the platform surfaces what matters when it matters.

Buy Box Configuration

Set and update your acquisition criteria at any time: revenue range, EBITDA range, target industries, geography, deal structure preference, and hard exclusions. Every update triggers a re-matching run against the full deal database.

NDA-Gated Introductions

When you accept a deal, we facilitate a direct introduction to the seller — after NDA execution. No broker in the middle. No competing bids unless you choose to proceed. The seller has already confirmed openness to a conversation.

Every deal brief is built for a fast decision

We don't send you a name and a phone number. Every deal in the platform includes a structured brief with enough context to make a go/no-go decision before investing time in a call.
